  This is my go to store for literally every occasion. Yesterday, I went in to buy an outfit for Shakira’s concert last minute and Jessie, was literally the sweetest helped me find an outfit her customer service made my experience there over the top! ❤️❤️✨✨ THANK YOU SO MUCH JESSIE for all your help!!!! 🫶

  Very rude and unprofessional. There’s one gal that is always nice and pleasant, but the rest of the team needs some coaching on professionalism with the client. My mom and sister went to return a dress and they gave them such a hard time. The dress hasn’t been worn outside of trying it on and they claimed the dress was worn and they didn’t even provide some type of credit. They assumed the tag was reattached. They asked for guidance on what to do and when the other gal came up she said, “Bro! You can tell it’s been worn” That attitude is awful. We hope these employees get the training they need because this will slowly result in the lack of growth for the business as people will go to Arrowhead instead.

  Special shoutout to my girl Perla for always going above and beyond when I come in. She always helps me find something for an event or just cute to wear out and about. Give this woman a raise! I come to this location just for her at this point
