  Be careful teens! My daughter bought a beautiful dress from there found out she can’t wear that color to a party. But there a little purple tag that says ( by the price tag) ( NOT RETURNABLE) I can’t believe it no with the tags still on and just bought it she has no dress to wear! Thanks Windsor!

  Today I received terrible customer service I had several dresses and wanted to hang them up in the dressing room area and was told no I can’t even when I told her my arm was hurting. Then I was put in a small dressing room I had my young daugther with me and asked if I could go in the big stall and once again was told no because they are only for people in wheelchairs or people with strollers I had 5 floor length gowns and I’m a plused sized woman me and my child couldn’t fit in there so I left and wont be back. Please hire better staff that under stand how to accommodate customers.

  Just walk down to h&m get the same dress, better quality a quarter of the price.....way better management

  Came here with my daughter for a prom dress really polite service and my loved the dresses there.
