  I shop here often and it's always the same worker who's always rude. I believe her name is Rose. She's on the younger side and seems very immature. I have heard her gossiping about coworkers and that's very unprofessional with customers in the store. It's happened various times with me in the store. I don't understand how Windsor allows her to represent their store. Despite that the other workers are very nice. They've helped me find clothes for other occasions and the managers have helped me order items including for an engagement party a while ago.

  2 younger employees so rude. Went in on Thursday hoping to find a dress in which I did but ended up leaving. First employee was tapping her fingers at me as if I was in her way when my back was turned to her instead of simply saying excuse me. Girl ‘helping’ in the fitting room told me ‘I’m gonna have you move’ because I was blocking her way. Should learn some manners if you want to keep customers.

  I tried to come in and buy a dress real quick. The lady asked me for an email and I said no thank you and she asked me several times again like almost begging me and I told her no. Then the transaction wouldn’t process with my card and I really feel like she was declining the transaction on purpose to be rude. Not sure what her name was but she was the oldest one in there. Around 6:30 ish 10/30 the strangest interaction I’ve had at a store for sure

  I really liked this store! They have cute clothing and affordable prices! Also, the employees were very friendly and helpful!
