  Joanna is a problem. She is aggressive with customers, rude, and not friendly at all. The way she talks to customers is embarrassingly sad for her. Loud and obnoxious!

  had me sign up for email receipt when they gave paper ones out and then got signed up for marketing emails which I did not want

  Store is very clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had a great selection of formal dresses. They didn't open until 1, but that worked for us!

  This review is specific to the solo employee that was working at Windsor yesterday. As another reviewer said, the store was packed with girls in need of hoco dresses. Being the only employee working caused so many issues, such as the need to close the dressing rooms. The young employee, I believe she said her name was Passion, was kind, courteous, interested in the girls needs, efficient, patient and kept a completely positive attitude and calm persona in the complete chaos of the store. She ran the store, on her own, on one of their busiest days while dealing with attitudes from shoppers over situations that were out of her control. Windsor should consider themselves lucky to have such a skilled employee. I thank Passion for showing up to work and being amazing.
