- GGGarciaSep 8, 20251.0cashier was extremely rude and apparently does not know the stores policy. i had to demand a return even though it hasn't been 30 days since i purchased a dress. cashier was lucky i didn't do anything more than demand a return.
- SOStassi OJun 10, 20251.0Lost my business because their employees have ZERO customer service. I came in at 7:46pm with store closing at 8pm and heard them talking sassy about how I need to hurry up. Nope. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere.

I found some on display that were in my size but had scuffs. I asked if I could have a 10% discount since the shoes are scuffed on both heels in a way that can’t be cleaned. She didn’t bother to actually look before telling me no. I warned her if I find better shoes I will be returning these as I’m only getting them in a time crunch. The person seemed irritated from when I first ansked if they had shoes and something tells me they never looked for the shoes I asked in the first place

She made my girls feel so comfortable and really helped them find everything that they needed! I WISH every person whom works in retail showed as much heart as she did. I highly recommend everyone go to her for all your dress needs! Before we even asked for help she was there she saw my girl come out in her pink dress and immediately was like YES THATS IT and my girl literally up she was noticed the store was busy and she still noticed! I don’t know who sees these but if it’s any of her bosses please give her the best kudos and a dang RAISE! We was at the Macon Ga location!
