  I loved my experience here. The stylist kamora really helped me find the right outfit for an event. The staff were really nice and accommodating and friendly. The store was very clean and organized the only problem was the cold It was so cold I didn’t want to take my clothes off in the fitting rooms but other than that I love coming to Windsor it’s always good vibes.

  Horrible. The customer service was terrible, The staff was very rude and ruined our experience for homecoming dress shopping.

  These employees are so rude. I came here to get my Halloween costume and they absolutely ruined my experience and made me not want to come in the store ever again. They obviously don’t like their job and it shows. The owner definitely needs to look into getting new employees. Run as fast as you can and definitely go to a different Windsor.

  OMG!!!! I was in the store today on this crazy Saturday. Fittingroom line super craxy long but, the Customer service was amazing and A1. Tiffany and Christina and were great. I got my dress and shoes for HCO

  We had the best experience at Windsor in Town Center Mall. The dresses are beautiful with a wide variety to choose from and all of the employees were very sweet and personal. Tiffany helped us and she was the best!
