  Horrible management and customer service. We came in to dress shop and try on some clothes no one acknowledged us. We were ready to try on some dresses and went to the room in the back where we thought was the fitting room. A lady comes out and yells that’s not the fitting room- the fitting room is on the side. They could have came up to us and appropriately approached us instead of embarrassing us in front of the whole store. Will never shop here again.

  I don't like doing bad reviews but management needs to check on these workers. They are rude for no reason. Like it was an annoyance for them to help.

  I wont ever come to this Windsor again. I paid with my gift card and it had $40 on it, after the lady rung up my skirt she threw my card away *WITHOUT* asking me if i wanted to keep it. After years of using gift cards in real life everybody has asked me if i wanted to keep my gift card. But this lady (i wont say her name but i hope she got fired) threw my card away and it had $13 left on it. I called the place 2 days later and in total it took 2-3 days to complete the refund request. And on TOP of all of that i didnt get no extra store credit. Awful. I've been to better Windsor stores than this.

  Got what I was looking for, there was a variety of very nice clothes and the staff were helpful. Overall very satisfied with the store and will come again!
