- GFGianna FrangioudakisOct 21, 20251.0So I had made an online order and came in store to make a return, and the manager said that since the price tag was not attached to the garment that she can only do an even exchange (even though it was never worn) so when I noticed it says on the exchange receipt that there was “no receipt”, I now question the actual return policy since I did have a receipt (the order number)… seems fishy to me calling corporate already… it’s just not right coming from a fellow retail worker.

First-the cashier asked me to provide in my email and when I said I wasn’t comfortable with that she told me I had to do so to make the purchase. I know this is not the companies policy. Next the clearance rack said $10 and when I got to the register the associate also insisted they were $20. When I requested a manager to verify they told me that the signage was wrong and would not honor the price of which the signage still stated. If not for the careless attitude and rude behavior I might’ve spent the $40 on both dresses, but I don’t want to give money anymore to a store that lies and is rude to their customers. Would recommend anyone looking for a Windsor to try somewhere else that actually cares about their customers.
