My daughter has gotten a couple of dresses from here. This year for homecoming, the manager Donna helped us out and she was amazing! After not finding the size we needed at the Lakeline location, she helped us find exactly what we needed at the outlet location. It was very busy in the store but the staff did a great job of keeping everything neat and in order and making sure the line was moving and going in order for the fitting rooms.

Grabbed my daughters hoco dress from there today. Both employees working were nice and being as helpful as possible with the mad amount of costumers in there.

The workers really need to polish their customer service… or don’t work there at all. My experience was terrible. Nobody was helpful with the dressing room, I approached what seemed like a GM and said “excuse me ma’am” she didn’t make eye contact, didn’t even speak just responded “mhm?” -like please use your words… anyways, I then asked her to take a shirt down the wall for me and then proceeded to ask someone else to do it and wasn’t very nice to the other employee either. I also left my phone in the dressing room and thankfully I noticed when I was at the register (and to add to my checkout experience I waited 5mins at the register for someone to check me out so I could pay) anywho- my boyfriend pinged my phone and located that it was in the store and when I asked if they came across a pink iPhone she pulled it out the drawer and just gave it to me with an attitude (same employee from my initial experience) overall everyone was pretty rude, nobody asked me if I needed help looking for anything nor did they look approachable, just looked miserable. I hope management sees this and shapes us their employees.

Purchased some shoes from their website and needed to return them due to being to large. I wanted to exchange them for the correct size, but you have to return your item and then just re-order. I chose the return via store option vs. shipping back. Went to this store in the Round Rock outlets and the store manager was at the register. I smiled & greeted her but was just rudely snuffed off and asked what I needed. I explained the reason for my return, got my QR code for my return and showed her - to which she rudely responded, "umm.. what is this? Where is the original box? Absolutely not, we can't accept this return without the original box. There's also cat hair ALL over these. No, sorry." There was ONE cat hair stuck to the STICKER on the bottom of the boot that the scan label & size were on. There was absolutely no sign of any wear & tear as I never wore these, I just slipped them on to try on. I told her that's fine, I'll return via shipping and walked out. Immediately called Windsor customer service, received a free shipping label to return my item via USPS, and shipped them back for a full refund. The amount of grass this lady needs to touch is unreal.

I had a terrible experience at this store and feel completely disrespected by the store manager in particular. I bought a dress and, within 5 minutes, returned to request a refund since I noticed something on the dress. At no point during the purchase did the salesperson mention that it was a final sale—no sign, no verbal notice, and definitely no confirmation from me. When I brought this up to the manager, instead of understanding or even acknowledging the lack of communication from their staff, she completely dismissed me and spoke in a rude, unprofessional tone. I explained clearly that the return was requested within minutes, and the item was untouched, but she showed zero care or courtesy. This is not how you treat customers—especially when the mistake was on your team’s end. The manager’s attitude alone was enough to make me never want to shop here again. If this is how issues are handled at a management level, I seriously hope the company re-evaluates who they have in charge.
