  I've shopped at the Staten Island location for a while now and always have a pleasant experience there unfortunately this shopping trip was a different story mid September, As soon as i walked to the register i was bascially being pressured to order the items I had in my hand. A gentleman there was telling me i should just order them if I didn't need them right away and explaining that he would give me a 15% off discount which almost had me until he told me that if I order i cannot return because what I was buying was seasonal items! WHATTT! SINCE WHEN HAS WINDSOR CHANGED THE POLICY AND WHY ARE SEASONAL ITEMS FINAL SALE NOW. I was completely aggravated and took the items because i needed them for vacation but, come on Windsor make up your mind with your policies people should be able to change their minds especially if they are full priced items. He was rude and all i can hear him telling his staff was come on Ladies we need more orders. It's ok to meet quotas but, peer pressuring your customers isn't the way. I will no longer be returning to this Windsor location between his nasty attutide because I didn't want to order and the policies in place now I rather go to Forever 21 right downstairs. I hope your reading this review and you change your attitude because that's not the way to act in this economy and Windsor shame on your new policies. Ladies if you order you cannot return please keep that in mind & seasonal items are final sale!!

  This store was wonderful to shop in. The manager Rosa was extremely helpful and Sophia was great.

  The worst location please I wouldn’t even give one star do not come here so yesterday around 4 PM I walked into Windsor as I was browsing and looking around for a certain type of dress for a special occasion I noticed the employees having a discussion about if they think or if they don’t think I’m going to shoplift truly disgusting after I make my purchase before I’m even out the door I hear the employees discussing see I told you she wasn’t going to shoplift so I guess some of them thought I was and some of them thought I wasn’t either way this is unacceptable clearly all these reviews are from two years ago maybe the staff from two years ago were amazing and helpful but please avoid this location at all cost racially profiling people it’s not a good look Windsor

  I love this store. Shop there for years. Staff is wonderful, respectful, helpful, courteous and professional. Prices are great and love their sales racks...full with goodies and great buys.
