  I was politely greeted by Sofia at the front. Luckily she was available to assist me in finding tops I saved online to hopefully try out in store. Unfortunately the tops I was looking for were not in stock but she did find other nice alternatives. Despite me not being able to find what I was looking for, I will still go back again because of the lovely customer service.

  I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced today. I waited in line for 15 to 20 minutes to use the fitting room, and instead of anyone acknowledging the wait or offering assistance, I was asked to leave the store before 6:00 PM. The first employee told me the store was closing in five minutes and asked me to leave. I waited a minute or two, hoping to finish quickly, but then another employee came and told me to leave as well. At that point, it still wasn’t even 6:00 PM. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. A simple apology or some understanding of the situation would have gone a long way. Instead they kicked me out.

  Where did Windsor find these rude employees working the closing shift on 09/28/25? I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced today.   This store prohibited my child from looking at dresses, do you judge customers by their ethnicity? I sent her with $1,000 and your staff told her she cannot look at certain dresses.Prom doesn't happen every day, it's one time and you completely tarnished her memory, she is a high honors student and works hard for your ignorant staff to profile her

  I am AMAZED by the staff at Windsor, Burlington Mall, Burlington, Massachusetts. Curteous, helpful and managing the prom chaos with style. We called to hold a dress because we were coming from two states away. There was one left in my granddaughter's size. The call disconnected before we could provide a name. We couldn't reach them (for good reason- it was crazy busy) We got there and they had the dressed held with a note "girl coming from Maine". The young women were doing their best, though understaffed. They never lost their cool and managed the waiting line for the dressing room. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time for peak prom season. We left feeling good and anxious to do a good review. Way to go Windsor staff. You rocked it out of the park today
