  Melanie at Menlo Park Mall is AMAZING! Went there for a homecoming dress and she was crazy helpful! The store was clean and well organized, they had all the sizes and every staff member was kind! We will definitely be back to this location.

  The cashier was rude. Did not want to ring a coupon for me but it's ok bc I called customer service to resolve issue for me. That was my first and last time shopping at Windsor, Manager needs to do a better job at hiring and training employee about decent customer service

  Unfortunately, this was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had at Windsor. While I was in the fitting room (with the door already locked), staff repeatedly knocked and insisted I lock it again, which felt excessive and intrusive. When I accidentally dropped a few clothing items on the floor, I was immediately told to pick them up in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh. Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If you prefer a more relaxed and respectful shopping experience, I would recommend visiting a different location.

  There’s truly something about Mary!! Mary, the sales associate, offered me nothing but exceptional service as she went above and beyond to help me find and purchase, not one, but TWO gowns for upcoming events. Her wonderful customer service has convinced me that Windsor at Woodbridge is a place I should frequent!
