  Windsor is a great choice for homecoming dresses, offering good selection & fair prices. Just note: lines for dressing rooms are long as homecoming and prom approaches, and finding a staff member to help access high-hung dresses can be a struggle (more garment hooks would help so that customers could help themselves!). Also totally understandable- dresses are final sale, I'm not sure if this is policy on all of their clothing, but this has been the case with all of our purchases.

  August 26th cashier was extremely rude to me. She also tried to deny me of getting a refund for whatever reason. She also let other customers go before me. I had to go get security because she literally was causing a scene. Will not be returning.

  Emmakait was extremely helpful and professional helping me pick out a dress for a very special evening. I recommend coming to Windsor for not just the large selection they have, but the staff as well!

  Staff was very helpful with helping me find a dress for my partner. Gave me plenty of options and offered to get multiple sizes down for me. Had some great accessories too! Grabbed a pair of sunglasses for myself.

  I will never shop with this store again. Their customer service is terrible. Brought a dress and it was damaged and the manager wouldn’t service me at all. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and have to wear a damaged dress. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
