- PPP.KAug 17, 20251.0An obviously new employee was working register in which a long line was forming. She took quite some time assisting the ladies in front of me. Once they left it was my turn , the store manager could see i was losing my patience. The employee asked for an email address in which i began to give but she already messed it up and it’s a long email so i told her not to worry about it. The store manager then jumps in condescendingly asking me if i knew the return policy since i did not provide my email to which i said yes . She then doubled down in an even more condescending tone saying “so you know you can’t return it without a receipt “. 1. I never planned to return my items (still haven’t) 2. I said i knew the policy , all this because i didn’t give my email
