  I spent over $200 here and specifically asked about the return policy on the items I purchased knowing COVID is effecting businesses. I was told that as long as everything was in it’s original new condition with tags attached that I could return it for a full refund. Well, of course, it’s only been 5 days and I go to return a couple pieces of jewelry and a purse that I never used because I found cuter pieces at another store that matched the dress I bought from Windsor.. and was told that I could not return any of them. The manager of this establishment needs to make sure that all of the associates are telling its customers the same information. I am beyond irritated and annoyed with the customer service that I experienced today. I would definitely think twice before returning.

  Unless you wear a size 7 and below DO NOT BOTHER! We found 4 dresses that were an 11. Customer service is terrible! My daughter and I waited in line for the dressing room for over 30 minutes, and was rudely told that we were in the wrong line...after she had already passed by us 20 times. The layout is absolutely ridiculous, cluttered and HOT! We OFTEN had trouble getting to the racks because of misplaced furniture and manecans covering literally every foot and a half. After an hour and 15 minutes, we finally said screw it and left....will NEVER go back.
