  I had gotten an item here as a present for my niece and it ended up being the wrong thing that she wanted so I went to return it. As I walked into the store, I was not greeted and the employee was sitting down, playing on her phone in the store. As I stood by the register for about 5 minutes, I went unnoticed by this employee. Finally someone comes over and asks if I am ready and I say yes and say this is a return but there is no tag and I mentioned that when I bought it there was no tag as well. The employee that had been on her phone, then gets up and says very rudely "We ALWAYS make notes on the receipt if there is no tag, and from what I can see there is no note, so there will be no return." She then smiled and walked away. I proceeded to explain that the girl who sold it to me said there would be no issues as long as I brought the receipt and the initial form of payment. The lady at the register then gave me a gift card and said "sorry, here you go, byyyyeee." Without even describing to me what she just did. I walked out flabbergasted and upset. This place is not worth your money or your time. The staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Reminds me of those girls who peaked in high school.

  what a shame, store smells horrible, horrible customer service, and none of the women are attentive in this establishment. clothing quality sucks, if i wanted to buy bad clothes i’d go on shein (probably better quality anyway) !

  I went in to look at their clothing and was ignored several times when I asked for help yet they had the time to talk to each other and text. several times I saw them take pictures, I’d drop names but the list would go on and on. To top it off the store itself is not organized dirt and the smell everywhere

  If I could give zero star I would!! Employee’s need to work on their customer service skills big time!!
