  I'm giving the store two stars for customer service. Dresses sold are visibly damaged. Purchased the damaged white dress bc it was last minute. I was offered a 10% discount buy as is no returns. Why didn't I buy another dress? Alll (literally ) of the whites dresses showed the same damage, the one purchased, the damage was less visible.

  Went to do a return and didn’t get right amount of money back, no big deal. I told the cashier and she kept telling me she was right and would not give right amount of change. Accused me of lying so I got the manager and they had to pull the cameras and it wasn’t until then did I get my money back… I do not suggest you go here.

  I legit drive to this Windsor location all the time and ALWAYS leave with at least one outfit! They never disappoint and the employees are always amazing! I have to really shout out Alaysia and Edelina. They went above and beyond with their customer service and actually having great conversation with us while helping. Keep in mind they were helping others at the same time in the same way! Every customer was laughing and joking with eachother while shopping. Everything was amazing. Thanks ladies! Btw my mom loved her dress!

  Manager was extremely rude and aggressive towards the cashier. She was also very annoyed that we asked for her help. She need to be fired

  I was in the changing room and a random man peaked in. Luckily I was wearing clothes. I had no idea that someone peaked in until I looked over the video that I took. I was shaking when I found out. Who knows if he was peaking when I was changing. The curtains needs to go. I feel so violated but the store couldn’t do anything. I wanted to see the camera to see what was going on but the manager said she got no access. I couldn’t even do anything. No, he wasn’t looking for anyone. He was being a creep. He could’ve call out or ask. But no he just opened the curtain and peaked in. Why would a man walk into the area of women and girls changing rooms? Unfortunately, when I realized I was being violated he was long gone. Disgusting. The store couldn’t even assist me. Makes me feel unsafe and traumatized.
