- ACApril CurranOct 2, 20251.0Our first experience shopping for a homecoming dress at Windsor in East Towne Mall today (around 11 a.m.) was extremely disappointing. The store was closed when we arrived, and a worker immediately told us they didn’t have enough staff or managers to open on time. She then opened the gate and slammed it behind her. Her behavior was rude and completely unprofessional, and it made our very first homecoming dress shopping experience stressful and unpleasant. We ended up going next door to Tiger Lily, where we had a fantastic experience. The staff member who helped us was friendly, helpful, and offered great ideas, making my daughter feel special for her homecoming day—exactly the experience Windsor failed to provide.
