  Phenomenal customer service at Windsor located at Short Pump Town Center. The reason this store is fantastic is due to Sarah (employee at Windsor). Windsor has great merchandise, prices, and Sarah brings that positive customer experience to life. My daughter was shopping for a dress and we entered Windsor. This store is popular and busy, but the store is clean and organized. My daughter was very pleased with her purchases. Sarah gave us a friendly greeting, ensured my daughter’s needs were met for the occasion, answered our questions, placed the items with care in the bag, and gave us a genuine Thank You. I saw that she treated all the customers the same in front of us before she assisted my daughter. As a father, it is always a joy to see your child smile and to see someone like Sarah contribute to a great moment. Thank you Windsor and Sarah!!

  We went in this afternoon to a shockingly busy store at Short Pump mall. Actually waited in line for an hour just for my daughter to try dresses on. The dressing room attendant was amazing. She was helpful and respectful & made sure to keep an eye on everything while also running back to help the registers. After another long wait to check out, our cashier was SO NICE! The entire staff were so friendly and helpful, even though it was obvious that they were still going to be there long after closing time. I’ll definitely take my daughter back any time she needs another formal dress! The staff alone made the wait well worth it!

  Today was super busy with lines to the door for both fitting rooms and check out. With the amount of people they had it was surprising they could keep everything under control and running smoothly like they did. The check out line went way faster than I expected and even while waiting for a dressing room to open up I still felt so taken care of! Those girls are amazing and I cannot wait to come back!

  There should be a limit on how many dresses a person can try on or a time limit for each person in the dressing room. EVERY year I come and EVERY year I have an awful experience of waiting in a long line because girls are taking 20+ dresses with them and staying in dressing room 30+ minutes. It has truly ruined my shopping experience every year for hoco and prom. I’m shocked they still have customers.
