  Loads of formal dresses for any occasion (wedding, date, night out) Return here was fairly straightforward and easy. The store was clean.

  We went to the store to buy my daughter a dress for her prom Luckily we found a dress that she liked and we reserved it until the next day. When we came back the following day the dress had been sold although we were told it was reserved for twenty four hours. They tried to order it online but the size we needed was no longer available. Chloe called at the store in Riverside. They had our dress the right size and Chloe assured us that the dress would be reserved for 2 weeks as we would only then be going to Riverside. When we got to Riverside we were told that they already told Chloe on the phone that they couldn't reserve the dress for 2 weeks. I don't understand why it wasn't communicated that way right away Instead they sent us to riverside to waste money and time! Fortunately the manager of the Riverside store was able to order the dress online. Bottom line pathetic store and even more pathetic their customer service!
