They do have a lot of dresses even if some of them are barely enough to cover one’s body, but they really need to work on customer service here. The manager is so rude to everyone and the rest of the employees seem like they don’t even want to be there. When I asked one employee how she was doing she said “I’m here”. Also dressing rooms take way too long to get into and forget even asking someone to get a dress off the rack for you. They take a long time to come if you can even tell who is an employee because they have no name badges or anything to indicate they are an employee.

Cute clothes but customer service is lacking and lines are long. There are a good amount of employees on the floor and only 1 working the register when there are 8+ customers. Not worth the wait. Just order online.

I bought a dress a day ago, I took the tag off not looking at the receipt. I’m well aware that it was my fault and it was a spontaneous purchase. However, the employee at the store was curt and not very friendly. The same evening I decided that I didn’t like the dress. The straps were too long and it was poor quality. The next day I took the dress back, it was the same cashier I had the previous day. She didn’t even look at me and I told her I wanted to make a return. She told me to “read the fine print” and saw that I needed to keep the tag. In my opinion the employee I had was rude, she didn’t disclose the night I bought the dress about the return policy, and I had worn it less than 24 hours. The customer return policy isn’t very professional to me, and as a company it should be better disclosed about the return policy or just disclose that dresses and apparel are final sale.
