  After reading many of these reviews, I found it odd that some people claimed that the service here wasn’t the best. Especially since I had an amazing customer service experience since the moment I walked into this location. Victoria was super helpful and non-judgmental (unlike some of the other stores I’ve browsed through)…She actually thought hard about what outfit would look good on my body, and how to style it as well. She also told me countless times that doing so was fun for her and it made me feel truly welcomed. Thanks for making my anniversary a great day!

  Amber, is the best! I walked in Windsor last weekend, looking for nice outfits for my upcoming trip and she couldn't have picked out better recommendations. I will be going back specifically for her!

  The employees were not helpful at all. There were like 5 of them at the front of the store chatting and laughing and not helping anyone. I finally got a dressing room and they said my husband can’t come in (which I get) however, I had ZERO help with the zippers and I was not coming out without things zipped up. After I got out of the dressing room not a single employee asked how they could help or if anything fit. The brand as a whole needs to provide a wider range of sizes in the store. XS, S & M are not the only bodies that should have the privilege to try on your clothes. And it’s disappointing because you do have very cute things.

  Terrible service, won’t return an item purchased the day before. Do not recommend purchasing anything here. Unbelievable
