  I went here today to try on some dresses and an employee lead me to a changing room to try them on and after I tried on the dresses and changed, the same employee opened the curtain to try to let someone else in there. Even though I was already changed and ready to leave, I felt terrible. I’m so glad she didn’t open it while I was changing but even then there was no warning before she opened it halfway so I was surprised. What’s even more shameful was that it was the same employee that gave me the changing room. The employees here should ask before opening curtains to make sure no one is in the changing room that is clearly being used.

  If you’re looking for a store to shop at and be completely mocked for daring to expect basic customer service, Windsor at the Galleria is the place for you! I purchased an outfit that didn’t work for my occasion, so I went back to return it. Simple, right? Wrong. The employee on duty informed me she couldn’t process my refund because they don’t have cash. Excuse me—how does a clothing store not have cash on hand? Fine. I left, annoyed but willing to give it another try. When I returned (a day past their absurdly strict 14-day refund policy), I was told I could no longer get my money back. Convenient, right? Apparently, they’ve perfected the art of deflection: no cash one day, then a conveniently missed deadline the next. Do yourself a favor: avoid Windsor at all costs unless you enjoy being strung along by nonsensical policies and zero accountability. This store is a joke—but not the funny kind
