- ECEmily ChaverriSep 30, 20251.0i never write reviews unless i really enjoyed or hate something, but i have never experienced such terrible customer service until today. i was there today 09/30 around 12:15 and one of the managers there ( i dont know her name) was doing my return and treated me terribly and threw my receipt and a pen at me to sign my return and did not allow me to return my item because the tag was not attached so, i said okay ill just attach it because I also work retail and she said she will not accept this and was cursing and talking bad about her associates. Super disrespectful and rude!! I've worked in customer service for a couple years now and I couldn't imagine treating my customers like this. Windsor needs to get checked!
