  they closed early last time i was here, then this time i waited 20 minutes after open time and they still ain’t open 😖 girl i gotta get my dress and i got places to be plz open the store or i’ll actually crash out 🙏

  This place is awful, it’s dirty, the customer service is awful and half of the things you purchase in this store are non refundable items but they are also really poorly made and fall apart at the blink of an eye. Go literally anywhere else..

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I get it.. after a long day we all just wanna close and go home. But we got there 20 minutes before closing so we deserve at least decent service! First thing the girl said "you do know we close in 20 right" and I said yes! Rudely replied with "k cool" and walked away. Whatever no big deal. But as soon as I had a dress in my hand, another sales lady said she'd take it from me and eagerly shoved me into a fitting room. Tried doing the same to my sister but my sister didn't go into the fitting room and the employee left her shirt in the fitting room next door. As I was changing, bare naked, the sales lady opened my curtain and shoves my sisters shirt in with me. I tell her "hello! I was naked" and she laughed and mumbles something to her coworker. 8:53, one of the girls asks my sister if she's ready because they need to close. My sister responds that she is not, but that it's only 8:53, she has about 7 minutes. They respond that the register is going to be closed at 8:55, so she had two minutes to finish up. Because they needed to leave by 9. Personally we've been so rushed out of the store and treated so poorly. It was kind of ridiculous. Rather shop online or travel an hour to a different location than to shop here again.
