  I had a very disappointing experience with the manager named Patricia, I purchased a dress just two days ago and returned it unworn, with the tags still on, but the manager refused to accept the return. I explained my situation, but they were completely unhelpful and dismissive.This is not the kind of customer service I expect, especially after spending my money here. I will not be shopping at this location again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone who expects fairness and basic respect as a customer.

  Review for Zeena – Windsor Store, Potomac Mills Mall I had a great experience shopping at Windsor thanks to Zeena! I was looking for a last-minute party outfit and she went above and beyond to help. She asked about the event to make sure I picked the right dress and made me feel confident about my choice. I left with a beautiful dress, matching purse, necklace, and earrings—she even tried to help me find shoes, though they didn’t have the color I needed. Zeena was friendly, helpful, and truly amazing. She definitely deserves a shoutout

  This is the first time I ever visited this store and will be my last. My daughter was trying to see if she could try a dress for an event that we have recently, the manager, her name is Maria refused to let us try the dress on, cause she wanted to close the store at 6pm and we were there at 5:32pm. She was very rude, unprofessional she insisted it’s her last day at this store and she didn’t care about Windsor’s store. #Windsorstore Woodbridge Va
