  Staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive! I was greeted with a friendly hello and pointed in the right direction when I had questions. I’ve bought from this store many times, and the quality is always great. Their clothing is trendy and stylish. I’ll be back!

  The associate that helped me today, I think her name was Jules, was very professional and very sweet. I was looking for a dress for a wedding and found the perfect one. I would definitely shop here again.

  I think the pictures can speak for themselves. On a Wednesday at 12 p.m. and the store had one other customer other than me. One employee was sitting in the display area scrolling on Instagram and the other at the register just standing.

  Staff at Jordan Creek store ordered a dress for my daughter online. Company mailed us a totally different dress than what we purchased. I made the return request online and took the package and QR return code back to the store as the instructions stated. The clerk asked the manager for help prompting the manager to inform me that this was a “warehouse issue” and had to be dealt with through corporate! I said I’m not paying to ship it back because it’s not what I ordered and just asked for my money back for my purchase and to just deal with it within her own company. She said “it’s a supply issue.” At this point I asked to speak to her boss, then she kind of ignored me and made some calls (to whom, I’m not sure.) She finally rudely asked for the QR code AGAIN and then asked for my email confirmation for the original purchase and snapped at me that “You’ll get an email confirmation.” I just walked away absolutely floored that a manager would tell a customer to go fight with the warehouse to get your money back! We will never set foot in this store again.

  Awful customer service from the store at Jordan Creek, particularly the girl working today. We had bought a dress we needed to return. Said we couldn’t bc it was a special occasion dress. The receipt said we could in 14 days and the girl who checked us out assured me we could within 14 days. The girl today refused to take it and said not to waste time essentially talking to her manager because she would not take it either. Tried to call corporate and shocker their mailbox is full! Will never buy from this store again after this. Too bad too because I have several daughters .
