  Return policy wasn’t honored due to nothing wrong with the item. There was one small lightskin manager who was nothing but sweet, understanding, and explained things well but another manger, (i’m being descriptive because i didn’t catch any of their names) who was taller, darker complexion, and was wearing a dark brown beauty supply bob was extremely rude! I don’t appreciate disrespectfulness when i’ve been nothing but nice. I always believe that if you’re rude to someone, then expect that energy back, so that’s why i came correctly. When i was trying to return the item, she woudnt even explain to me why, she just kept putting the item back in my bag with this weird look on her face like i was going to accept it willingly. Then when i asked for another manager, she just laughed and giggled? I’m having a hard time finding the joke in this situation. Extremely rude manager needs to fix that attitude immediately

  VERY RUDE!!! We walked in at 7:31 and one girl said we’re closing in 2 minutes the other girl said no 1 minute. Google says y’all closed at 8 so somebody is lying!!! They need some competition because this is ridiculous!!!

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop. While browsing, a woman stood over me in an intimidating way, clearly waiting for me to move. When I did, she began aggressively shifting the hangers right where I had been looking. At first I thought she was another customer trying to grab a dress, but then I realized she actually worked there. This behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, and it made me feel very unwelcome. Shopping for something special should be enjoyable, not stressful.
