  won’t be coming back. waited for fitting room for an hour and a half and for the register for another half an hour. one person on the register multiple workers just wandering around doing nothing. unbelievable. lines to the door and they were in no rush, talking to eachother while others are waiting to pay. will not be coming back and i doubt a lot of people will either.

  They had a good variety of clothes but some where very basic. I picked 3 outfits to try that were decently good. The line for the dressing room was outrageous it was almost to the door, I should’ve just left there and then but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I ended up waiting almost a hour and a half to finally get to the dressing room. After I got out and went to pay the line went from having nobody to a line till the door AGAIN. waited another half an hour for a dress i didn’t even like that much but wasted to much of my time to leave empty handed. The whole time they had lots of employees but only one at the register. There was a worker just walking around trying to do anything else but help at the register. This is outrageous and I won’t be shopping here again. shein is a faster and cheaper alternative.

  I wouldn’t give it a star but I had an issue with Christen , I don’t even know if she told me her real name but she’s no help , every shoe I wanted she seem to not have my size 10 so I asked her for the 9 and she said they didn’t even have that when the display had my size. Some how she said she couldn’t find the display.! I truly feel like she didn’t want to help me at all.. I would never come at this Windsor. She made my Experience Awful and this is one of my favorite spots.. She’s not a great representation for Windsors.. but It is what it is ..Never Again!!!!

  It had some interesting clothes but nothing I liked. Give me kind of a teen vibe.
