  I was excited to check out the store today, but unfortunately, my shopping experience was completely ruined by the unbearable heat inside. As soon as I walked in, I could feel the overwhelming warmth. I ended up cutting my visit short because it was just too uncomfortable. What really struck me was seeing the staff. I felt so bad for them, they were clearly struggling with the heat. It can't be easy working in those conditions, especially for hours on end. I really hope the store takes action and improves the environment for both customers and employees. They deserve better than to have to endure such uncomfortable conditions just to do their jobs.

  I went to the first time with my friend and she went to grab something it was too tall so she pulled it (no big deal) and the worker who everyone is taking pictures of under and complaining yelled IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE STORE “WHY!!!” causing a whole scene and having everyone turn and stare at us like we were stealing. she looks like she hates her job and life so why bother work here. it was very unnecessary and rude if you are gonna work at a store with people at least have some nice customer service. i will only come back it she isnt here.

  I came in last week and it was my first time shopping in Windsor, it was so hot, ac is broken and I wondered how these employees works here. This is an unacceptable workplace environment and Windsor SHOULD DO BETTER. On top of that I I saw an employee that her makeup was totally unacceptable for a store like this. I looked at the other employees and then her, I guess when you’re the boss Windsor lets you do whatever you want. I also saw she had a comment about her makeup about a month ago and yet she still wears her makeup like this, next time I’ll take a picture of her. The other customers were even complaining about her when I was in the fitting room. WINDSOR DO BETTER.

  Why on earth would Windsor hire a Co-Manager who does her makeup as if she's working in the circus and another Manager who kept on vaping. Last week, I walk in with my daughter and my son to buy her prom dress and supposedly the Co-manager rings us and her makeup was so out of place and scared my son who is 3 years old. I know I am not the only customers who be seeing her and not scared of her makeup as if she works in a circus. The other day too, I came to return some items and this asian girl who supposedly worked as Assistant Manager was vaping behind the register and walked around with her vape as if she's not on the clock. Like what is this place coming to, do they just hire anybody for a role because they DESPERATE AND ON TOP OF THAT SHE WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I TOLD SHE CAN'T BE VAPING AROUND PEOPLE LIKE THAT.
