  The store is nice. But the workers are nasty.Today 7/24/24 it was my first time that I visited the store. While I was looking for a dress, I didn’t notice that my son was playing with the clothes rack and a woman that work there yelled at my son saying get off of my rack. And of course I didn’t buy anything. I left the store. My son was scared This was awful.

  The store is always super clean and easy to shop for whatever occasion or outfit you are looking for! The staff is really nice and helpful too! Always see the same blonde-haired girl whenever I go into the store and she's always greeting customers and friendly overall. Windsor Smith Haven > Windsor Bayshore :)

  Honestly I tried so hard to like this store. I gave it a fair shot too. It's so hot in the mall in general but it's especially hot inside the store and when you're trying on clothes the last thing you want is to be sweaty. The clothing falls apart. I've bought multiple dresses and blouses and I can't say anything is made with quality and it's not like they are the cheapest store either. I feel I'm paying express pricing for forever 21 quality clothing. You might as well shop on Shein for a lot cheaper. This is my brutal opinion and the girls working at the store really need to be more knowledgable about their product and more helpful I was wondering what half the staff was even doing there cause they certainly weren't paying attention to customers.
