  I came into the store today (September 15, 2025) around 2 pm and the girl working today was really rude, when I was ask her questions, or just simply having a conversation with her. She seemed bothered by me asking about the adhesive bra products, and responded to my questions in a rude manner which made me feel dumb & made me feel like I shouldn’t have asked her since she seemed so inconvenienced. I asked her if it was a specific size or if it was “one size fits all” and she replied with “well it’s right there advertised on the box” once again answering in the most inconsiderate way possible. Please train your sales associates in customer service and how to talk to customers because she clearly needs it. She also never greeted me, or even acknowledged that I was there, until I approached her about a fitting room. Prior to this, I stood right beside her, hoping she would at least say hello, or SOMETHING. She was just unkind all around and my experience in the store was just not good at all.

  Do not purchase from here unless you want some BS reason why they won’t accept your return. 14 days on dresses or no return at all no money back. beware.

  Today I went into Windsor to buy a dress for my daughter. Upon entering the store I was not greeted nor asked if I needed help with anything. The staff were sure to send a worker up to the front pretending as if she was straightening clothes that were perfectly fine, while trying to secretly talk into her mouthpiece. She also moved basically everywhere in the store I went. I wouldn’t spend a dime of my hard earned money in that store. To racially profile me because I am black is disgusting. I will be contacting cooperate. No one of any minority should shop at the Jefferson Mall location.
