- VPVictoria PerezOct 4, 20251.0Rude. I recently went to this store today (10/04). I was at checkout, the associate (Jasmine- 56353- Store no. 0079)asked for my email, I asked “if I had to give it” with an attitude she told me I didn’t have to but that I wouldn’t be able to refund the dress. I didn’t plan to so I said “That’s okay, I probably won’t” she then goes to have a conversation with a coworker. I honestly didn’t care she was talking to a coworker, my problem is that in her side conversation she’s smiling and has a happy tone, but the second she went to talk to me she dropped her smile, changed her tone to monotone and had a slight attitude. Although I love this store, I will not be returning now.
- JLJordi LukeSep 1, 20251.0Rude staff person there just made me and my friends feel unwelcomed for trying on one of their tshirts over another tshirt. Never had a store tell me I can’t try something on over another garment when I clearly have intentions of buying. I won’t be coming back.
