DON'T BUY IN THIS STORE I've never had such a HORRIBLE service as I had today, the employee LINDSAY and the employee of the fitting room are rude, rude, and do not treat customers with EDUCATION. If you don't like working with the public, look for something else to do! TODAY'S PARTY I DON'T BUY ANYTHING ELSE IN THIS STORE, IT WAS EVEN MY FAVORITE IN NATICK, but I was so poorly served that I'll look for another place to buy my clothes, and I won't recommend any friend to step there. Education comes from the cradle, and apparently none of them has.

3 weeks ago I made a large purchase of about $500 at the Providence location and the employees there were too busy chatting that they didn't scan a skirt. Recently, I wanted to return this skirt along with a few other items and I was unable to because the skirt was not on the receipt. Olivia, at the Natick Mall location, quickly rejected my item as it was not on the receipt and informed me that I was unable to return nor exchange the item. I couldn't even receive store credit although the item was intact with tags. I noticed she was judgemental (as if I had stolen the item) and her only solution was to send me back to Providence (32 miles away from me) so that they could handle the situation. My needs were unmet & I am now stuck with a skirt I can't wear. I should have left, however, I continued shopping in store only to hear Olivia very loudly over the phone laughing at my situation to the Providence location. She gave them a heads up on my future visit while making assumptions on what had occured. Everyone in the store could heard her conversation. I heard her and I was in the front of the store by the busy walkway, it was very unprofessional. After she hung up I walked over to her and asked if they were able to find a solution and she quickly turned red and said they would be expecting me. That was it? Olivia found it a priority to laugh at a customer instead of helping me. She lacked to find a solution and just like she quickly called them to mock the situation she could have asked them for guidance even if it was their mistake. I wanted to check my original receipt to verify if it simply was overlooked by Olivia and I realized she didn't give me back my original receipt! I would like to note, I shopped at Zara and Aldo this same day and the customer service was stellar. Windsor, you could be losing clients due to your poor hiring choices.

We came to Windsor to get a dress for my friends and while we were waiting and holding up a dress, her body since the line was ridiculously long, and some of the things rooms weren’t being used because of lack of staff. One of the female women assumed that we were trying to dress on outside and told us rudely and coldly that we couldn’t try on the dress almost yelling. The week prior at another incident with the same worker, we were waiting for the fitting room to come through. My friend was trying to dress and I wanted to see her so I should slightly in front of the fitting room, so it was not anyone’s way, but she told me I couldn’t wait there that I thought was fine. Fine, but then I moved out farther so I wasn’t the way where she told me to stand and she still thought that wasn’t enough, pushing me to the point where I couldn’t even see my friend try on her dres.
