  I waited in line for 3 plus hours to try on 3 dresses and when my Mom who, was carrying my other 2 options, tried to hand me them we got told we were the reason the wait was so long. Reminder their rule is 6 dresses per person. We were told to leave the try on room before I was able to try any of them on, after having spent all afternoon and some waiting. Never again.

  I had such a great experience at Windsor yesterday thanks to the manager, Shaylee! I went in to return some dresses and ran into a couple of hiccups, but she went above and beyond to help me out. Shaylee was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about finding a solution. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a frustrating situation feel easy and positive. I left the store feeling truly taken care of. Shaylee is a rockstar and a perfect example of what amazing customer service looks like!

  Very rude employee, she had a grown out undercut with long bangs in the front (brown hair) and high heels. I hadn’t been aware that I couldn’t go grab another size in a dress after trying it on. I walked out to grab a new size and she seemed pretty nice about telling me I am not allowed to do so. She said it was fine if I grabbed it but not to do it again and I was understanding since there was a small line. When I walked out of the fitting room she was standing outside of the door staring with a blank face. I was confused why she was starting so I stared back and she very dramatically rolled her eyes but didn’t say a word. I was thrown off and gave a bit of a dirty look but she still continued to stare. Any time she walked past she would say excuse me with a tone like I was purposely in her way. Even while checking out she was staring and giving dirty looks. Very unprofessional and needs to learn how to deal with customers in a respectful manner.
