  Bought a dress for formal. They were very helpful in finding one. Yet when I took it home it had clearly been worn and returned because it smelled horrible. When I brought it back to return they blamed me and were nasty. Never coming back.

  Horrible customer service. They are the first to act nice when you are looking to buy something but when I had a return because their product was dirty and gross they told me it was my fault. They were rude and condescending. I will not be back and told all my friends the same.

  You guys need to do a better job on training the people you have at the front door about Micro aggression and things they shouldn’t be saying and should be saying! I walked into the store today and I normally go when I need to find something quick. I wasn’t greeted with a “hi, how are you, let me know what you need help with” instead was greeted with “ just to let you know today’s only going to be 6 items in the fitting room” I said I immediately replied with “huh” and then she went on to repeat the same sentence. I said “okay…” in a very confusing manner bc that was Odd as I continued to shop in the area directly next to the door a white family walked in immediately after and they were greeted with “Hi, how are you? let me know if you guys need help with anything today” and a smile and continued to great other white families like that even after! I was disgusted and didn’t even continue to shop! that’s not somewhere I want to spend my money.

  Amazing customer service!! Lady at the dressing rooms even helped me zip up my dress since I couldn’t reach! Another lady helped me find my size in a dress and really helped me with all I needed. Cashier even offered one week return on a dress that was non refundable. Seriously made my day and my graduation dress shopping experience a memorable one!
