It says you can do returns up to 30 days in store even if you purchased the items online, it says nothing about that having to be store credit but when you get to the store they tell you otherwise. They claimed that it had to be store credit even though I physically pulled up their own policy online and showed them the correct policy. They were extremely rude about it. The return policy needs to be the same store wide and online. The cashier “Maite” told me not to shop there anymore if I didn’t like it. Unprofessional customer service (all extremely young girls with no work ethic or manners) and cheap clothing quality.
