RUDE and POOR service!!!💔on 08/22 Friday
When I went to return TWO2️⃣ clothing items, a young Black female sales associate almost lost one of the items I handed her. At first, she ONLY processed ONE1️⃣ item for return, and when I questioned why, she insisted I had ONLY given her one piece. I pointed out that there were clearly two empty transparent bags placed in front of her—if I had only returned one item, there would not have been two bags prepared. But her only response was, “I don’t know.”🤷♀️
I handed her two items, both in the original transparent bags. She took them out, placed one behind her on the table, and then insisted on processing a refund for only one item. When I questioned her, she denied receiving two and refused to check the table behind her.
Only after I insisted did she finally find the second item and process the return. However, throughout the entire situation, she showed absolutely no apology or accountability for almost causing me to lose part of my refund.
In addition, she questioned whether the item I was returning—despite having its original tag—had been worn. I was asked twice in an unreasonable manner, even after I explained that I had purchased two identical pieces and was only returning one.
This lack of professionalism and responsibility is unacceptable, and I expect Windsor to take this matter seriously. Customers should not be treated with such carelessness, nor should they be put in a position where they must argue simply to receive a complete return.
