  Horrible customer service, the “manager” there was mad because we were supposedly trying on too many dresses for an upcoming 13th birthday party. Will never be back again! I cleaned up everything that was brought out BY MYSELF because the staff there is useless and never once asked us if we needed help! No wonder everyone buys from shein now 🤷🏽‍♀️

  I went to this establishment today and I didn’t realize until after they close that the girl at the register gave me two different types of shoes, completely different sizes completely different styles (which were $30)im so upset about the Shoe!! And it is a Friday! I was expecting to go out with my girlfriends and enjoy the night! I’ll be back to get my refund and I’m never going there again horrible service!!!

  Usually Windsor stores are very intimidating and you don’t feel very welcomed in them. I often avoid it but needed some clothes for a few concerts and knew they’d have the best selection so I came to the South Hills Village Windsor. Naomi was so kind! And whoever was working with her I didn’t get the name was also so so sweet! I got all kinds of compliments, was checked on, but most importantly I didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable like I usually do! Store was also organized and clean!

  My daughter and I have been shopping for dresses at Windsor in South Hills village for years and it’s always a pleasure to work with the salespeople there! This last time for a graduation dress and prom dress that Josalyn was so helpful with 👗

  I ordered something online about a month ago and it still has yet to come. I keep checking on updates and a week and a half later my package is still in Illinois?? What is taking so long?? I don't think I'll ever order anything from this store again this is ridiculous.
