  Went in today to return a dress for homecoming I bought last week because the one I wanted got delivered. Said I wanted to return the dress and the manager who checked me out when I bought the dress said I couldn’t because it was a special occasion dress and said the homecoming season is over. The homecoming season is not over yet, and she was very unprofessional about not informing me when I bought the dress that it could not be returned. I asked why she didn’t tell me and she said, “I sometimes tell customers.” As someone who works in retail, this is something that you should inform all customers about not just “some.” Very unprofessional acting too especially as a manager. Won’t be going back there again and didn’t get my refund for a dress overly priced as well.

  Went there today to pick out a dress for a friends daughters homecoming and the 2 girls there were absolutely atrocious!!! The 1 girl stands in the middle of the store SCREAMING and clapping her hands saying“only 6 dresses allowed in the dressing room”!!! And she made us put the other ones back on the racks… I feel like we were dealing with the drunken Aunt at a family reunion that doesn’t know how to conduct yourself!!!!

  Horrible customer service, the “manager” there was mad because we were supposedly trying on too many dresses for an upcoming 13th birthday party. Will never be back again! I cleaned up everything that was brought out BY MYSELF because the staff there is useless and never once asked us if we needed help! No wonder everyone buys from shein now 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Usually Windsor stores are very intimidating and you don’t feel very welcomed in them. I often avoid it but needed some clothes for a few concerts and knew they’d have the best selection so I came to the South Hills Village Windsor. Naomi was so kind! And whoever was working with her I didn’t get the name was also so so sweet! I got all kinds of compliments, was checked on, but most importantly I didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable like I usually do! Store was also organized and clean!
