I also agree that the customer service here is awful! The clothing is sub par to begin with, so bad attitudes from employees won’t help this store at all! We ended up walking out without making a purchase. I’ll spend my money else where!

Had an amazing experience shopping. Alejandra helped me pick out some pieces after telling her what I was looking for! She made everything much easier, very thankful for her assistance!

Alejandra was a good worker who assisted me in choosing so many good clothes and was very kind throughout the whole time!! Very helpful when I was telling her what I needed and was really friendly.

Customer service here is terrible. I specifically asked for a cute black outfit on display in a small. I was told, “That’s all we have on the rack,” which was only medium and large. I then asked if I could try the one on the mannequin, and she said, “Yeah, that one is a small, but if I take it down you guys have to pay for it.” Obviously, that’s the exact size I asked for. She then added, “Well, it does take time to redress the mannequin.” I’m sorry but isn’t that part of your job? Your job is to assist customers, encourage sales, and maintain displays, not make it seem like helping is a problem. If you don’t want to work or like your job, maybe it’s time to find another one. I would have bought the outfit, but her attitude was so bad it wasn’t worth it.
