  Angela and Val helped out so much at picking outfits for a weekend out in Savannah. A lot of things were out of my comfort zone but everything fit great. I was even able to get some amazing boots too! 10/10 recommend and will be coming back ☺️.

  I have been a loyal shopper since they opened the store, so this 5 star review is LONG overdue. Everything about this store is welcoming, exciting and FUN. The women in this store always have high energy, a smile on their face, and ready to help! These women are so helpful with fashion advice, efficient with dressing rooms and check outs, and just overall organization. We need more people like this! THIS is why I always come back. I come back because Angela, the store manager, always remembers my name, is always so helpful, friendly, and dressed cute ;) I always come back because Sherry, the assistant manager, is always at my hand and foot trying to make everyone's shopping experience as enjoyable as possible, while making everyone laugh! And I will continue to come back because Val is a new assistant manager, and I think she's an absolute wonderful addition to the team. It's so refreshing knowing there are people out there who do still care about your experience and your service. These women know what they are doing, and they care about the people who come to their store. The clothes are cute yes, but the people is what really brings me back. It's hard to find places where people connect and help each other just because. Thank you Windsor Augusta for being my go to women's clothing store! Much love

  Mrs Angela and Mrs Sherry are not just amazing workers but they are amazing leaders . I come in to shop a Windsor weekly and I’m immediately greeted and offered help the minute my foot steps in the store . They are so attentive and helpful when I need assistance putting outfits together. They truly go above and beyond to give an above & beyond shopping experience . I hear the way they speak to the other workers and they do it with such kindness and grace . If an associate needs assistance while checking me out Mrs. Angela and Mrs. Sherry come over with a smile and they teach the associate how to do whatever they need help with. Just from coming in the store I can feel that it is a welcoming and positive work climate. That’s rare these days . Thank you to each of the staff at Windsor for always making my shopping experience a wonderful one ! :)

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but after my experience at the Windsor store in Augusta Mall, I had to recognize Sherry, the assistant manager, for her absolutely phenomenal service. I came in looking for a dress for my girlfriend—I’m planning something incredibly special for her—and had no clue where to start. Sherry didn’t just help me pick a dress. She transformed the entire experience into something unforgettable. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions about my girlfriend’s style and the occasion, and guided me with the kind of professionalism, grace, and genuine care that you just don’t see every day. She treated the situation like it truly mattered—not just like another transaction. Her knowledge of fashion, her eye for detail, and her ability to match style to personality blew me away. But beyond that, it was her passion for what she does that stuck with me. Sherry is exactly the kind of leader any company would be lucky to have. Windsor, if you’re reading this: Sherry is executive material. Promote her. Put her in charge of training. Give her a store. Put her at the top. She is a brand ambassador in every sense and made me a lifelong Windsor customer. Thank you, Sherry, for helping me make my special day even more meaningful. You are a rock star.

  I love love love this store everyone was soo nice and sweet especially Makana she made sure everything was perfect and ready for me she kept me smiling she was literally the sweetest will definitely be coming back
