  We went for homecoming dress shopping, the wait time for a dressing room was over 30 minutes, then another long line to checkout. The dressing room was a disaster, the attendant standing in there playing on her phone refused the unwanted dresses from us and told us to go put them back because it would be too much work for her to do?! No wonder the dresses were so disorganized on the racks and the store was a mess. Everythinggg and everyone was covered in glitter by the time we got out of there! Lol.

  went to this location on a Monday night expecting it to be slow instead it was completely packed and the line for the dressing room took around 20 to 30 minutes to get in because people would have others go grab more items or other sizes while they were in the dressing room. This did make the line extremely long after getting in line and having items to put away I went put them on the rack. The cashier lady asked me “ what is that?” i told her they are the dresses that didn't fit right me. she replied back and i quote “oh yea these are the holds you will have to put those back yourself” while continuing to stand there doing absolutely nothing?

  This place has the worst return policy of any place I have ever shopped. I encourage you to take your kid to buy a dress someplace else. Amazon would be way better !!! Plus if it doesn’t fit right , you can easily return it to Kohl’s.

  employee told me I couldn’t wait in the back of the dressing room with my girlfriend not even inside one of the stalls, but just in the hallway. I was trying to assist her zip up dresses if she needed.
