  They don’t have curvy gurls size. Their clothes looked old to me. I wasn’t and to purchase anything because I’m size 16.

  Windsor is one of my top 10 favorite places to shop at. But it becomes a lower rate when the customer service is horrible and the people are nasty and rude.i came to Windsor (6-15-2025) this picture was taken at (1:10pm) if the manager or supervisor would like to check the cameras to see that everything I’m about to state isn’t a lie. The girl at the register seen me in line and not once did she acknowledge me or say hi. So I walked up and said “Heyy how are you?” Because I was in a rush and didn’t have time for her to attend to me when she felt like it. She gave me a nasty look and replied “hi” as I placed my stuff down she never ONCE spoke to me again. She took my stuff didn’t tell me my total, didn’t start a convo as simple as “did you find everything okay today?” She moved slowly and continued to give nasty looks like she didn’t wanna be there. When she finished ringing me up she gave me my change didn’t say “have a good day or nothing” I said “thank you so much” NO REPLY. not even a “have a good one” all I heard from her was “hi” and that was it. People like this makes customers not want to shop there. Fix your attitude or don’t work at the job because you only make the company look bad. Every other person has been super sweet and attentive. She’s the ONLY person I’ve had a horrible experience with.

  Nice selection of clothes and good prices, but the staffs are horrible. They were rude and not helpful.
