  I watched several customers get snubbed by workers (plural) for asking simple questions like reaching a dress from the top hangers, or asking for a dressing room....I sure hope everyone in this store was just having a bad day or else this store needs to reevaluate its hiring practices

  Dress store has decieving sizes that aren't typical or standard, dresses not meant for fullbody or curvy individuals. If your not like a size 10 or below don't bother.

  Was supposed to get %15 off on an expensive dress that had a problem on the zipper and they ended up giving us 15% off an $8 hair bow lol I have three kids and a baby so I could not deal with going back in when I noticed. It was already hard communication situation while we were in there.

  I work with adults in the community! We love to come to Windsor to check out and model the beautiful dresses. We really enjoy seeing Kaley and her positive up beat high fives!. My clients (friends) want to stop by and say hi every time we are at the mall. She has made our purchasing experiences friendly fun and worth coming back. Thanks Kaley for making us feel so welcome and important... You are a rock star!!
