  Jasmyn was such a great help! She literally helped me w/ all my last minute decisions for my birthday supper quick and helpful! I’ll definitely be back to shop more w/ her thank you Jasmyn!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at Windsor, namely by an employee named Laura. She was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked for assistance she had a dismissive attitude. After that she just walked to the back and I didn’t see her again for the rest of my shopping experience. It felt like she didn't value my business at all. Other than that overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the other employees were nice. However, if Laura is working I will not recommend this store.

  If I had the option to put zero stars I would. I came into the store and was met with total disgust from one of your current employees by the name Laura. I came into the store about a week ago with the intentions of gifting my sister something nice for graduation and she was no help what so ever. I had to ask several times just for a single item and she just gave me this look that ultimately made me leave this review. I understand people have bad days but it seems that she has a bad life with the attitude that I had experienced. For future references I would have a warning sign set up for when she has to work any shift.
