- SSsierraOct 25, 20251.0I came in 5 minutes before closing to get a pair of shoes in my size quick. I found one I been looking everywhere in the mall for, I asked the employee with brownish hair and she sighed and said how they are about to close. You close at 8:00PM. I came in before that. You are supposed to take care of all your customers no matter what. I worked in retail my whole life, I already knew what I wanted and I was planning to get out of there quickly. Rude and unprofessional. She said she didn’t have my size. I said i’ll take the one on display. She went to get the box and brought out the size I was originally looking for… the one she said we didn’t have. Insane and terrible customer service. This place was my first job so sad to see.

Bad service new to pay attention with the customer when to be purchase .
