  I had a really uncomfortable experience at this Windsor location. While I was shopping, one of the employees was standing in the way, and when I politely asked to grab a shirt, she raised her voice and handed it to me with attitude. Later, she did the same thing again when I was looking through some shirts. When I went to check out, the cashier acted like it was a hassle to ring me up. Overall, the energy in the store was just unwelcoming. If the staff dislike their job that much, maybe they shouldn’t take it out on customers. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.

  Terrible experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional. One employee not only yelled “excuse me” at me in an aggressive way, she went on to yell at a coworker like she owned the place. She even prevented me from browsing the shirts. management should take this seriously.

  Great customer service both times I’ve came here I am a lot closer to the outlets location but the service in that location is horrible.

  The customer service is not so nice, I was looking for some heels and the Hispanic girl only said that they didn't have my size, she didn't even make sure of it
