  Customer Service Needs Improvement. Establishment is Cluttered and Crowded. I Wasn't Greeted or Acknowledged by Any Employee. The Various Selection of Dresses was Awesome. The Prices are Reasonable. Quality is Ok..

  I usually do not review however felt this store needed it. The employees are so rude when you ask them for help or even return an item. It was called over their radio that I was doing a return when the assuming “manager on duty” rudely asked me why I was returning the skirt. I said I didn’t wear it and she threw the item down and walked away. They previously deleted a review my friend had made as she was told she could not return an item. These employees need an attitude check. You feel unwelcome as soon as you step foot into the store.

  Very poor customer service. The women in the store are not friendly or helpful. Most of them make you feel like a bother when asking for help and don’t smile at you when you speak to them. As someone who works in hospitality, it’s a shame to see workers treat their customers this way when we go to their store to buy their products.
