  I went in today to look for a dress for a wedding. When I had gotten to the counter to check out the girls who worked there were talking crap about some girl they knew and making comments on her looks. I had to wait like 2 min for them to finish their conversation before being helped. And while being helped she was still talking bad about the girl. Was extremely upsetting considering this is a store for women and I would feel completely uncomfortable shopping here again if this how they talk about other people.

  Horrible experience! My daughter and I went to this Windsor trying to buy some new clothes for vacation and get some fashion help, and was met with rude and passive aggressive comments about her appearance! Asked for one of the managers, and she too had a bad attitude towards the situation and just lacked basic professionalism and proper customer service. I would never step foot into this store again after knowing how the staff and the “managers” (They look like teenagers, children even!) treat customers.

  Went to go shopping for my wife’s 50th birthday the employee Valeria made my shopping experience incredible. I was a little hesitant on getting help from a store I’ve never been in but she made me feel welcomed and helped me with any questions. My wife is always coming home with shopping bags from Windsor so I can see why she likes this store a lot. This store was also the only store in the mall with AC. I would recommend her for any kind of help to anyone.

  Love shopping at Windsor! The girls working there are always so sweet and helpful, and the store's super clean and easy to shop. Always find cute stuff that fits great and doesn't break the bank.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Windsor tonight. I arrived with approximately 45 minutes left until closing. Before I even had a chance to say hello or receive any greeting, I was immediately informed, "Just so you know, the fitting rooms are closed." This is incredibly poor customer service. Not only was the greeting unwelcoming and abrupt, but being told I couldn't try on clothes – especially with such a significant amount of time left before closing – is unacceptable. Adding to this frustration, Windsor's policy of "nothing is returnable" makes shopping virtually impossible under these circumstances. How can customers be expected to purchase clothing without the ability to try it on, knowing they have no recourse if it doesn't fit? This experience made it impossible for me to shop, and it reflects very poorly on the store's commitment to customer satisfaction. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
