I wish I could give 0 rating. My first time to visit this store with my daughter for homecoming shopping. Store was disorganized and messy. It’s a home coming season they very well know it a busy time they definitely should have extra staff to handle this much crowd. The line was huge to enter into the store and there was a line again for trial and again huge line for the payment to checkout. With only 3 employee, one was occupied in trial area, other one was at the entrance and only one person at the register for checkout that too was doing at snail speed. When I talked to manager about this thing she said she cannot do anything that was absolutely rubbish.

Another bad experience at Windsor. The handwritten sign at the entrance says “No cash. Exact change only.” So does that mean that they don’t accept cash or you can pay with cash if you have exact change? The line for the fitting rooms is wrapped around the store. My daughter stood in the line for about 40 minutes and she moved about 3 feet. The mall closes at 8 and they are still letting people get in line for the fitting rooms at 7:30 when there is zero chance they can make it. There is one person at the register with the line to make purchases growing. Girls were trying on dresses out in the open. Most (all??) of the dresses are non-returnable so you can’t even alleviate some of the line by trying on at home. I looked at dresses on a rack and was told that wasn’t a “shopping” rack; it was for sorting dresses to put back. Guess what? If we can shop from that rack that saves you the time of sorting and putting it back. It’s like whoever manages this store has no retail experience or just doesn’t care. Probably both.

As someone who would make the drive there to specifically shop at Windsor, I will no longer be going there. I know a sales associate & MANAGER could care less if one doesn’t go but they should definitely look into another job environment if you don’t like working there. They’re all rude and stuck up, I would give it a zero if I could

What a worst policy not taking return, giving excuses for not taking back, they dont ask for email while purchasing, while returning asking for email, not searching thru credit card, very rudely communication for not taking product back within time-line. Personally I would suggest not to shop.
